Cynthia received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Binghamton in NY.   She then moved to Miami to attend the University of Miami for her Masters in Physical Therapy.  Cynthia also became an Athletic Trainer and spent 10 years working with a variety of athletes and orthopedic patients of all ages.  After practicing for 10 years she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.  She became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics and earned advanced degrees and certifications.  She was still not satisfied with the results she was seeing with her patients and that’s how Cynthia discovered the John Barnes method of Myofascial Release.  She began intensively studying JFB MFR in 2008 and has not looked back.  Cynthia has built her practice by successfully treating complex patients with a history of multiple injuries using an integrated therapeutic approach combining myofascial release, individualized exercise programs including Pilates, and a wholistic view to her patient’s health.  Helping people to get well and restore their health is her passion.
